Rehabilitation
The main objective of rehabilitation and therapeutic treatments is to eliminate the disease processes or their consequences, prevention, preclusion of diseases to return, prevention of disease progress, removal of pains and possibly the best health recovery and improvement.
Our Center provides special rehabilitation equipment for the group and individual therapy treatments, enabling recovery and improvement of each body part and the entire organism as that. We assure high standard of treatments to our guests and patients. The methods of health spa-like treatments available at our Center (various therapies, rehabilitation) contribute to our successes. Our patients undergo several treatment methods simultaneously that ensures higher effectiveness of treatment. Combinations of certain methods, being complementary one to another, give particularly beneficial effects. Among other, combining phototherapeutic treatments with heat therapeutic and cryotherapeutic treatments followed by kinetic therapy or classical massages, is especially advantageous. All treatments instructed for by the specialized doctors are provided by highly qualified physiotherapists.

LASEROTHERAPY
The effect of laser infra-red radiation on human organism is the higher intensity energy applied to tissues located deep inside our organisms and thus not reachable using normal physical measures. The laser infra-red radiation acts as anti-pain, anti-swell and anti-infection means as well as provides bioregeneration effects and wound healing acceleration.
ULTRASOUNDS
The ultrasound method makes use of acoustic waves at frequency unhearable for human ear. The ultrasound waves give thermal, chemical and mechanical effects. The ultrasound therapy helps to eliminate pains, decrease muscle tensions and halt inflammation processes.
MAGNETRONIC
The treatment method using magnetronic utilizes the pulsating magnetic field of low frequency. The therapeutic effects achieved with this method provide pain relief, prevents from inflammation and releases muscle tensions. It is widely used for treating movement organ diseases, rheumatologic pains, neuralgic pains and external blood circulatory system disorders.
ELECTROTHERAPY
Biodynamic currents, depending on specific current frequencies applied, allow achieving the following effects: anti-pain effects, widening blood vessels, decrease in muscle tensions or increase in muscle mass.
Electro stimulation, applied to healthy or slightly injured muscles, is most often used in cases of muscle disorders or muscle atrophy.
Ionoforesis - introduction of cure ions making use of electric field. Depending on the medicine applied it provides anti-pain or anti-inflammable effects.
Galvanization - makes use of direct current and its treatment effects depend on the method the electrodes are arranged.
CRYOTHERAPY
Cryotherapy is the method of short-lasting local attaching very low temperature to the body part under treatment. The cold air jet at temperature below 150°C is applied for specified time. It is used e.g. to treat neuralgias, neuralgic pains, disorders in artery blood circulation system, as anti-pain and anti-inflammation treatment.
SOLLUX
Sollux lamp makes use of infra-red radiation and visible spectrum radiation. It is used for treatments in case of permanent and semi-acute inflammation of joints, neuralgic pains and all other diversity of pains and aches of different sources, providing muscle tension decrease and pain relief.
BIOLAMP
The healing feature of polarized light enhances cell metabolism and significantly accelerates organism regeneration capabilities as well as healing processes. It also provides pain relief and halts inflammation processes in tissues. The light of biolamp enables to eliminate pain causing disease process and improves immunology system.
COMPRESSOTHERAPY
Compress therapy denotes applying pressure to lower or upper limbs. The limb is over coated with a special sleeve where the air under relevant pressure is pumped into. Two types of massages are used here: classical massage and lymphatic drainage.
Individual INHALATIONS
In the inhalator the fluid is dispersed by means of relevant power ultrasounds that produce aerosol mist. The treatments are applied to improve functioning of upper or lower parts of respiratory system as well as mucosal membranes. The fluids used for that purpose are either medicine or essential oils.
AQUAVIBRON
Aquavibron is an apparatus for mechanical therapeutic and regeneration massages or acupressure treatments. Particular disorders need applying specific apparatus membrane. The device may be used for dry massages or underwater massages.
MASSAGE
Classical manual massage is one of the oldest physiotherapeutic methods; its essence is applying the appropriate pressure to certain identified tissues.
THERAPEUTIC MUD
The therapeutic mud is a certain type of peat which contains valuable organic and mineral components. The therapeutic mud applied in form of compresses improves blood circulation, decreases muscle tensions, provides pain relief and facilitates exudation absorption at different disease states.
FANGO
The parafango mass is a combination of paraffin with volcano ash. The healing features of organic and mineral components are widely used in heat therapy treatments for rehabilitation of movement system and in biological renewal treatments.
HYDROMASSAGE
The hydro massage treatments are applied in a bath-tub using water jet of specified pressure. This type massages, in particular where salt or essential oils are used, provide organism relaxing and ease effects, decrease in blood pressure and eliminate skin hyperemia through widening blood vessels.
KINETICTHERAPY
The fundamental element of rehabilitation is kinetic therapy, i.e. physical exercises. Movement and work efforts develop and form our organs, especially movement organs. The exercises - individual or in groups - are held in our gym, equipped with modern equipment for a great variety of exercise types. There is also a UGUL-cabin (for specific exercises e.g. under load relieve, Glasson?s loop lift, etc.) and ergo meters, walking belt, stepper and body-building equipment. Moreover, we provide healing exercises in our swimming pool.
Preventive - Therapeutic Programs:
- Treatment of Circulatory System Disorders and Overweight - program designed for people with overweight and disorders or diseases arising there from, e.g. coronary disease, blood overpressure or metabolic disorder (diabetes, hyperlypidemia).
- Fighting Persistent Tiredness "Antistress" - program designed for people living normally in conditions of persistent stress, conducting fast and busy life, tired and exhausted to improve their psycho-physical condition.

- Individual Rehabilitation
program designed for a large group of people with various disorders, requiring individual treatment approach e.g. after operations of kardiosurgery, orthopedic surgery, neurological or gynecological surgery.
